DESPATCH & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES EXPLAINED

Despatch timeframes are the time it takes for us to prepare and process your order from the point at which your order is placed to the point it is despatched. Delivery timeframes are the time it takes from the point that we despatch your order for your order to reach you.

Standard Delivery Option - Up to 7 calendar day despatch + Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays)

Speedier Delivery Option - Up to 2 calendar day despatch + Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked (Monday to Friday)

PLEASE NOTE: We despatch orders Monday to Friday via Royal Mail. If your order is placed on a Friday via our speedier delivery option it is unlikely to be despatched until the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

INCOMPLETE DELIVERIES: Please note that we cannot be held responsible for incomplete or incorrect delivery details applied to an order. Please ensure that you double check that the delivery details entered are correct. If an order is returned to us an additional postal charge will need to be paid to repost the item once the item has been returned to us and the correct/complete address details are confirmed. Alternatively, if you wish to receive a refund, this will be issued once the item has been returned excluding postal fees applied.

INTERNATIONAL ENQUIRIES: Please note that we do not offer international shipping. If you place an order for delivery to a UK postcode that is then shipped internationally by a third party, we cannot guarantee that the products will arrive safely and in tact and therefore we cannot be held responsible for their safe arrival.
